Druid To defeat Ubers Need help

[:1]As the title says i am looking to build a druid that can defeat Uber tristram. i have never built a druid before so im looking for some guidance.

Firstly whats the best build to make;

Where do i put my skill points,

how many ponts do i put into dex, str, vit etc...

Whats he best gear to have; cheap option that can survive and then the best option.
