Rift Fury Druid - is it viable?

I was just spitballing some build ideas and I worked out this one, but I dont have much experience with druids so you'll have to tell me what you think about it Seems to fit well as a cold/physical build

Main point: its a Fury WW druid using a Rift Caduceus, which gives CtC L21 FO and CtC L16 Tornado, which we synergize fully, giving us a nice AoE assault to complement the fast-hitting Fury.

SPs:

-Max Tornado synergies

-Max Fury

-Enough points in WW to hit the max IAS BP for Caducei

-1 pt in Lycanthropy

-Extras in...Oak Sage?

Playstyle:

Put up CA and Hurricane, shift, and Frenzy for 50-80 seconds until either Hurricane and/or WW wear off; repeat. Its not meant to be permanently shifted, but to shift in and out to take advantage of the elemental spells we're spending points in anyway.

Gear:

Rift Caduceus

??...Gear for safety, CB, -enemy cold res, and resists, since we cant augment our CtC with +skills or anything.|||too slow |||What zrk said.

If you want to play with synergized ctc stuff on Druids, Horizon's Tornado, Stormlash, or Earthshifter might be up your alley.|||You can get a 7 frame Fury with a 'Rift' Thresher and a lot of OIAS. If I remember right, that's no slower than Liq's Earth Shifter druid, so it should be viable if you really want to try. As far as using Hurricane, I can't really recommend that. It can get very annoying very quickly, especially because of cast delay.|||Quote:
