Druid Weapon Switch

Here would be what a druid would use on switch to charge up:

Elemental- cta/spirit

Pvm wolf/bear- hoto/spirit or mang song's (cta would be a waste since bo wears off too fast to keep unshifting and bo over and over again)

Pvp fury/rabies hybird- cta/spirit or sometimes not depending on who they pvp

Any comments or ideas are welcome. Yeah I know I heard pvp fury/rabies hybirds sometimes have a deaths web 5/55 and ss 5/5 on the switch but if somebody know the reason teach me how that works. Im not sure if you either have to use rabies on the deaths web/ss side or the main side.|||Use Rabies with main. Then, once they're infected, switch. Rabies functions like a poison aura, so the increased bit rate of the switch poison overrides the lower poison amount.|||Quote:

Ok thanks for your help. But one thing about that strategy in a gm duel most duelist are most likely to switch to 15/15/70 treks so smiters can have max poison resist even against that -enemy poison resist. So maybe that one 5 to rabies sword plague bearer or whatever its called might be a better option than deaths web.|||Doesn't work. +skills don't change the bit rate of the poison, only +/- poison things do.|||would grief be a better all around switch since it's got -20% to -25% and it's a decent fury weapon?|||The better rabies switch set is a 30/30 sword and a 20/20 monarch especially against pallies and such because you're right, the death's web can't pierce their resistances, but that sword adds 25% more poison damage than a faceted death's web.|||Quote:

Ok now I get it. But I'd rather keep a ss with a 5% poison facet on switch for the dr as the same purpose on main side. Its very important to stay protected you know.|||If you get caught in a charge while weap switching you did it wrong.

Crawling: It's a good main but the - Poison res means nothing to a Fury/Rabies Wolf. Switch is only supposed to be flipped for that split second, not used in the combat itself if that makes sense.|||Quote:

And tell me what you mean by that?

I just realized something facing smiters you might want to consider putting a p topaz in your ss on main side and switch. I feel that the t/v will really lower your light resist too much. This is no offense but its true the conviction and -elr will lower your resist and the object is to get that light resist while having 50% dr.

Im not argueing with myself im just trying to get to the downfalls and what I can do to improve my strategy with this build.|||Why put a less poison effective shield on switch when it'll only be switched to for a second at most?
