maul bear gear

so i want to throw out a couple of suggestions and hopefully get some good feedback.

2h maul

head: COA 2 ber

ammy: angelic

armor: fort

gloves: dracs

ring 1: angelic

ring 2: raven frost

belt: dungos

boots: gores

so my question is what weapon should be used, i want a fast attack atleast 5 frames.

part 2

1h maul

head: Guillaume's Face

ammy: angelic

armor: fort

gloves: dracs

ring 1: angelic

ring 2 :raven frost

belt: dungos

boots: gores

weapon: 5 frame gris caddy or 4 frame PB

shield: stormshield (will block the most and fastest as well, but dont wanna get block locked cause of bears bad block frames)

or

head: COA 2 ber

ammy: angelic

armor: fort

gloves: dracs

ring 1: angelic

ring 2 :raven frost

belt: dungos

boots: gores

weapon: 5 frame gris caddy or 4 frame PB

shield: Phoenix monarch (will give less chance to block but a slower block)

lastly

head: COA 2 ber

ammy: highlords

armor: fort

gloves: dracs

ring 1: raven frost

ring 2 :raven frost

belt: dungos

boots: Hsarus' Iron heel

weapon: 5 frame gris caddy or 4 frame PB

shield: Hsarus' Iron Fist (hsarus will probably never block and give a nice ar/def boost)

mostly pvp but just for fun as well
