Should I respec my druid

I have recently begun playing on the ladder. I have one level 75 druid who is now summoner specced: quite all skill points in the 3 summon skills and in that +damage spirit(so my bear kills faster), for the rest 1 skill point in bear shapeshift(so I have more surviability). My gear is absolute crap focused on MF(like +100% mf in total).

The entire purpose of this char is to get better gear. While my bear can tank well, does he seem to be a very slow way to MF(or is everyone that slow in hell difficulty?). So should I stay this build or go for another maybe faster build(like wind druid), remmember that I don't have good gear and no rune above hel.|||I did respect to a wind druid and i'm now way better and faster in clearing monsters. In the beginning had I to constantly drink mana pots, but making an Insight polearm solved my mana issue completely
