Cyclone Armor Absorb Mechanics

Does anyone know how the cyclone armor absorb mechanics work?

Does the absorb come before or after the resists?

Also, does any elemental damage absorbed heal you or is it just absorbed by the armor?

Thanks|||Quote:

Damage is applied in a predetermined order. It is as follows:

1) XvX penalty (for example Player vs. Player == -5/6)

2) Sorceress Energy Shield

3) Necromancer Bone Armor and/or Druid Cyclone Armor

4) Integer DR/MDR

5) Percentage resists (including DR%)

6) Percentage absorb

7) Integer absorb

It doesn't heal you, and resists has no effect on how much damage it can absorb :>|||Quote:

Thanks Hubb!!

So resists only come into play if your cyclone armor goes down. Didn't know that.|||It's what makes Windies so good vs. Blizzers since Cold Mastery doesn't apply to the Armor.|||and even more fohers |||Quote:

But its still good to get good resist using wizzy, having x10 20/5 scs, and all that other good resist gear for protection against cold mastery.
