To Respec or not to Respec...

That is today's question..

Okay, so I have a fury wolf, planned skills were standard: Max Lycan, WW, Oak, Fury, 1 point Griz, rest in Feral Rage.

My gear is decent, not too uber:

Um'd Jalals

Lionheart Scarab Husk

Goblin Toes

String of Ears

Dracs

Upped Ribby w/ Shael

Metalgrid ammy

Manald for mana leech

a life leech ring with resists

Thing is, I have never made a WB so was considering a respec. With the above gear, how well do you think a Mauler WB would preform?

If I do repec, how should I arrange my skills? I was thinking something along:

Max Lycan, Maul, and How, with 1 point Grizz and Carrion vine. I'd get a lvl 10 Shockwave and dump the rest into WB I think. Sound ok?|||I have no idea but I know how frustrating it is when nobody answers a fairly urgent thread. Bump|||Summoner / Bear

You have great summons with a beefy enough bear to protect yourself.

This leaves you some extra points after the level 70 or so build – so put into summons

All Extra Points will go in WB then Maul then SW (2 max in SW)

Gear Update: Get a ravenfrost - Can't be frozen, Get faster boots (aldur or IK) - you got enough CB in Ribby. Fast Bears are better and more mobile. You have what you have - take your time and work on the gear upgrades.



The choice is yours for more of a summoner or more of a bear. You don't have to put more than 2 pts in Shockwave - 1 or 2 pts is fine. Cast HOW fast and often.

With the Summoner/Bear - Cast Ravens, Wolves, HOW, and Shockwave and Start Maulin. Use Griz for Bosses and Wolves the rest of the time.

With the 2nd - Bear/ Summoner - Cast Ravens, Griz, HOW and Shockwave and Start Maulin!!



It's personal choice for which you want to play. I'll Give ya a wolf example below. I have one of each that I've showed you including the wolf. But I have different equipment.

20 Griz use Griz - Fury has 5 hits for Crowd Control. Use Griz and NM A2 Merc for sidekicks - works good.

Choose between Oak and HOW and put a low skill point investment in one or the other and cast often. There is between 88-92 skill points listed above. If you have many life charms - go with HOW. If you have great AR then go with Oak. I listed 2 in some basic skills because it will help you in the long run without having a lot of skill gear. BTW you have pretty good gear. But anyone has to cast HOW or Oak often and fast. But yep - get a Ravenfrost and faster boots. I didn't get what charms you had from the description of your build. Hope this helps.
