Str: 156 (after charms and gear) to be able to use Tiamats Rebuke for Ele Dam
Dex: More then Vit
Vit: Second most points
Eng: None
Skills:
20 to Lycan
20 to Werebear
20 to Maul
20 to HoW
and the rest are placed throughout the summoning tree
Gear:
Cerberus Byte: Perfect AR, 8 LL, 2 to shift, 2 to feral rage
Ammy: Highlords Wrath for the Skills boost and Attack speed
Weapon: Runemaster geared for Faster speed, Life steal and ed and some cold resist
Armor: Wyrmhide Gloom for the resists and boosts to Defense
Shield: Tiamats: Socketed with PDia for resists, Main ele damage comes from here. Not alot but enough to atleast kill PI mon

With my current setup I reach about 1500-3100 after maul is charged and I did the math and I get 2.3 to 2.6 Attacks Per Sec. Life steal is about 40. My attack rating sits about 10K in maul with my spirit up and def is around 8300.
Merc: Act one cold bow ( I know I know... Should have switched to Act two merc months ago but gear is so expensive)
Edge for thorns
Upped Skin of the Flayed one
Rockstopper
(All of it is junk I know but I mainly kept her around for chilling enemies and Thorns)
I really like this "immortal" build but would like to hit 99 and with 3 months left and only one respec left I have to make a decision. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.|||You need crushing blow make duress armour and switch to goreriders or goblin toes if you cant get gores cb will speed boss killing by alot don't know enough about bears to help any more than the crushing blow advice|||get a tombreaver or ribcracker as well, both can be obtained by farming perfect gems. If you're playing enough to hypothetically get to lvl 99 without botting this should be a piece of cake.|||Are you playing solo? That doesn't work if you want to reach lvl 99. You get less and less xp the higher level you are. Full games with everybody focusing on getting xp is the only way I'd recommend.
Leveling up to 95-96 is fairly quick (yes, compared to the next 3 levels), but after that it slows down alot. Best thing to do is finding a good channel with players aiming for high levels. The runs should take about 170-180 seconds if done correctly. The good runs also have someone clearing Chaos and the people with highest level killing Diablo for the extra XP. Experience shrines are also important, along with killing Nihl. Once Baals minions are down a Baal party is formed so that xp can be utilized for those needing it the most. (The high level players (97+) barely get any xp from the waves, and only a few thousands from Baal himself)|||+1 to Duress and crushing blow equipment.
You could also try an Immortal King's setup, using the boots, belt, gloves, and maul (with 2 shael runes). It would get you a 6 frame attack with 35-40%cb and a ton of elemental damage. IK stuff. And you wouldn't have to worry about that silly block animation since you won't have a shield

Also, you can reset your stats as much as you want, you just have to get the four pieces of the token of absolution from Andy, Meph, Diablo, and Baal.|||No shockwave on a Werebear?!?! Sacrilege!

Well, as others have noted you need crushing blow to help you take down Act bosses quickly. A ribcracker on switch would do nicely. A point in Hunger can help you apply crushing blow more quickly.|||I don't want to break your bubbles, I tried, and still am trying to get lvl 99 with my LF zon. Amount of time you have to spend on baalruns/CS/whatever is simply insane.
Your druid, (no offense meant) can't even begin to compare with power of Infinity LF zon, and even with her, I seriously don't think one can get to lvl 99 in 3 months. I'm at lvl 97 now.
If you really want lvl 99 druid, then you need something with AoE dmg. Single target builds will have problems killing all critters individually. Your best bet (imo) is to respec him into wind druid that has 163fcr and everything else focused into getting as much bonus skills as possible. You can hit 7k+ Tornado dmg with 99fcr, but you would need gg pelt and you would teleport slower. I don't think it's good tradeoff.
All remaining points, unlike PvP wind druids you should dump into Grizzly. One point oak will have to suffice. He is pretty strong with enough skills, and seeming as you would go all out with skills, he would be strong.
Whatever you do, merc would need to have Reaper's tool for decrep, and Holy Freeze aura as well. He is walking crowd control. With Spirit, Vine, Grizzly and merc I'd dare to say you won't need blocking that much.
Even assembling druid capable of 99 is hard, but 3 months... if you succeed call me

I think you underestimated quest for 99 really a lot. I most certainly did when I tried first time
