What would be a use for cerebus' bite?

I've always liked this item, something about it and the mods is incredibly cool. But every SS druid guide I can recall off the top of my head recomends Jalal's (for obvious reasons).

Anyone know what it could be good for?

Also, would it be possible to have a godly rare pelt that could be useful for a fury druid? Like 2druid/3fury/otherskills/visionary/2os/ect.. or would jalal's again be a better option.

Basically I want to make a wolf and am looking at some options!|||Jalal's is 99% of the time a better option.

i used it only once and that was on an IK woof. cool blackish armor + white hat does look kinda cool.
