Fastest character from 1-30

Just have to share this little secret i found.

Since we can now respec I have tried a little "out of the box" ideas for leveling my druid on ladder. Anyway maxing poison creeper early on with some support from sumons and an edge runeword bow (gives thorn aura)has really given some amazing results. The creeper and edge bow makes for a very powerfull and almost passive AoE damage combo of physical and poison.

Also make the edge bow in the simplest bow u can find, it only there for the thorns aura.|||Quote:

i do this as well. firestorm isnt that bad really in the early going, boulder is good, fissure is great.|||Quote:

I used it well into nightmare and it felt really fast even in bigger games. I respecced into a fissure dire wolves summoner at lvl 75 and entered hell since i felt that my killspeed had slowed down noticably at act 4 nightmare.

So far fissure, dire wolves and thorns aura seems like a winner. I have noticed that volcano seems to be doing alot more then its listed damage even against fire immunes.|||Quote:

Its also very effective in cow games. It felt much more powerfull then unsynergized fissure, and it its self going no need for mana.|||Fissure is more proactive. Though Fire Huntermentalist can do both of those at once :P|||I'm really starting to think verash is a little OCD on fire huntermentalists ;p I think you should write a giude on them verash set a new trend instead of boring Druid biulds lol|||there's already a pretty good guide.|||Quote:

Speaking of wich, now in hell act1 i find that dire wolves at lvl 29 and my edge bow mercenary does a decent job of handling fire immunes. However I am thinking of improving this side of the gameplay. Volcano does decent damage against single targets, even against fire immunes when they are standing on to of it.

So where do all of you players recommend for my next 14 skillpoints to be placed ?

1.) Into moulten boulder to increase the physical damage of my fourth minion: Volcano

2.) Into Grissly to inrease the damage of my dire wolves

3.) Into a shapehshifting skill to get my hands dirty (melee) when facing fire immunes.
